Mobility of youth workers
There are two main objectives that we want to achieve with this training course. First of all with the activities we are planning to start a process of improving our participants' managerial skills. For that purpose, we will organize activities such as project cycle management, context analysis, needs/problem analysis, assessment of potential solutions, project design etc. Secondly, we are shall focus on community development which we shall relate to project management. For responding to the community needs how we can analyze the market, needs, sources etc. With all these, we believe all the participants will get the opportunity to face their local needs and find out global challenges; so they will find out how to contribute to sustainable growth and development in their local communities.
Specific Objectives
- To provide youth workers with knowledge, skills and practical tools related to the project management and community development that are required to turn their ideas into social businesses at both local and international level.
- To involve youth workers in the strategic planning of services and projects that are responsive to identified community needs.
- To develop a cross-cultural understanding of different youth work experiences in both European and Western Balkan countries.
- To facilitate opportunities for networking and partnerships between youth workers and organizations in EU and Western Balkan countries.
- This TC will provide non-formal and creative learning methods that will focus on knowledge, key competences and learning tools which are needed for the purpose.

Participants - Youth workers, youth leaders, community volunteers
Flight ticket - for Lithuanian citizens are provided 270 Euro
Accommodation and Food will be covered at 100%. Participants will be hosted in triple bed rooms with private bathroom, fridge, air conditioning, TV, free access to internet. Participants will be assigned to their rooms on arrival.
